Con sólo cuatro acordes

Recuerdo haber visto hace tiempo por YouTube un vídeo de un cómico estadounidense hablando del canon de Pachelbel. Contaba como a él, en el colegio, le había correspondido tocar esta pieza en violonchelo, y lo aburrido que se le hacía el tocar las ocho notas que se se repiten constantemente de principio a fin de la melodía (según pone en la wikipedia, nada menos que 28 veces). El espectáculo acababa con el cómico frenético tarareando un montón de canciones que tenían los mismos acordes que el canon de Pachelbel y que no hacían sino recordarle aquel "trauma infantil".

Quizás fue de ese gag de donde el grupo Axis of Awesome tomo la idea de hacer una canción en la que juntara fragmentos de un montón de canciones sobre una misma serie de acordes. Así que se decidieron por los acordes mi mayor, si mayor, do sostenido menor y la mayor y grabaron el tema Four Chords en el cual, sin pausa, superponen nada menos que 36 canciones sobre esos mismos cuatro acordes. Éste es:

Pues bien, hace poco más de un mes, ni cortos ni perezosos, los blogueros de Mundo Pincho decidieron que la canción se merecía una versión con canciones en español y, con un poco más de improvisación que la versión inglesa (pero, eso sí, más humor ;-)) se curraron 4 acordes. Como su propio nombre dice el tema vuelve a repetir de nuevo cuatro acordes, pero en esta ocasión subiendo tres semitonos (con lo que quedan sol mayor, re mayor, mi menor y do mayor) y permitiéndose el cambiar el orden de los acordes a medio tema. El resultado, es este vídeo con 42 canciones de seguido:

¿Increíble? No se si tanto pero al menos sorprende que todas estas canciones, aunque tengan más variaciones de por medio, repitan insistentemente esa serie de acordes. Aunque quizás sea sólo un modo de demostrar que la armonía - esa ciencia encargada de estudiar como combinar acordes para que nos suenen bien - obliga en cierta manera a que se repitan mucho ciertos patrones.
